From March 31 to April 4, 2025, Hannover Messe 2025 concluded successfully at the Hannover Exhibition Center in Germany. Under the theme “Energizing Sustainable Industrial Development”, this edition placed artificial intelligence (AI) as its top priority, fully demonstrating how AI is reshaping the future of industrial production. Making its third appearance at the exhibition, Wuxi Tianchen Cold Drawn Steel Co., Ltd. not only presented cold-drawn steel products with enhanced performance, but also showcased its AI-driven intelligent production and quality control system for the first time, highlighting the firm progress of traditional Chinese manufacturing enterprises in transforming toward intelligent manufacturing.

At the exhibition, Tianchen’s booth attracted a large number of professional visitors. The company’s technical team demonstrated on-site how the AI system accurately predicts potential defects during production through real-time data analysis and automatically adjusts process parameters, thereby achieving zero fluctuation in product quality and a significant improvement in production efficiency. This innovative solution controls the dimensional tolerance of cold-drawn steel to the micron level, providing an unprecedented material solution for high-end fields such as precision manufacturing and aerospace.
In addition, Tianchen Cold Drawn Steel held in-depth exchanges with a number of Canadian technology enterprises and research institutions (Canada being the Partner Country of this year’s exhibition), exploring cooperation possibilities in new material R&D, smart factory construction and other fields.

The Chairman of the company stated: “Participating in Hannover Messe for three consecutive years has made us deeply feel the wave of global industrial intelligence. Taking this exhibition as an opportunity, Tianchen Cold Drawn Steel will continue to deepen digital transformation, empower traditional manufacturing with AI technology, and provide global customers with smarter, more reliable and more sustainable cold-drawn steel products and services.”
